Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Manager to support and grow our network of business partners that use the Mini Print Vending Machines and license Ana’s art. This role will manage client relationships, streamline operations, and ensure smooth logistics as we expand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excited about supporting a growing creative business. This is a part time, remote role that will take roughly 15 hours per week with opportunities for expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Research: Conduct research on businesses reaching out for collaboration (2-3 hours/week), providing insights and recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels for each vending machine; coordinate timely refill orders for existing customers.
  • Customer Onboarding & Logistics: Manage onboarding for new customers, including coordinating shipping, setup instructions, and initial stock fulfillment.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring timely payment and accurate records.
  • Monthly Check-Ins: Send personalized check-in emails to all customer locations each month to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
  • Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot any operational issues.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in account management, customer service, or operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using tools for inventory tracking and invoicing (experience with tools like QuickBooks, Excel, or CRM systems is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a growing business environment.
  • Interest in art, small businesses, and creative industries is a plus.
